Project included renovating the plumbing, HVAC and fire alarm systems for a 59,000 sq. ft. education building. The building incorporates many unique occupancies, including a crime lab and a full functioning tv studio. The building has multiple air handling units with fan wall technology and VAV boxes for heating and cooling. The project cost was $2,700,000.

Lab areas require 100% outside air with strict humidity requirements. This facility has over 300 tons of cooling capacity and the construction cost was $12,000,000.

Complete MEP and fire protection services for a 35,000 sq. ft. multi-purpose building. The building houses a 1,500 seat basketball facility complete media platform, collegiate level lighting, 4 locker rooms, training and weightlifting facilities. This facility has a 100 ton geothermal system, complete building automation system and is fully integrated into the existing campus DDC System.

The courthouse is 165,000 sq. ft. with multiple air handling units serve courtrooms and offices. Project included replacing seven existing air cooled condensing units range in size up to 100 tons of cooling capacity. The existing pneumatic control system was upgraded to a new DDC based energy management system. Each AHU was provided with new DDC controls. The construction cost was $940,000.
