This project included renovating the plumbing, HVAC and fire alarm systems for a 50,000 sq. ft. education building (Barnett Hall) at Truman State University. The building incorporates many unique occupancies, including a crime lab and fully functioning TV studio. The building has multiple rooftop air handling units with fan wall technology and VAV boxes with hot water reheat for heating and cooling. The project cost was approximately $2,700,000.
